These terms govern access to the OzOTC website and technology interface. By accessing the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful professional purposes and in accordance with any additional access terms presented for a particular workspace.
Technology interface
OzOTC provides tools for coordinating OTC requests, instructions, status information and operational records. It is not a bank, deposit account, centralized exchange, investment adviser, broker or guarantor of any transaction. Independent participants remain responsible for the services and assets they provide.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, restricting access to authorized personnel and promptly reporting suspected misuse. You must not share credentials across unrelated organizations or attempt to bypass access controls.
Acceptable use
You must not use OzOTC to violate law, sanctions, court orders or third-party rights; conceal ownership or destination of funds; transmit malicious code; interfere with availability; scrape restricted data; impersonate another person; or misrepresent the status of a payment or settlement.
Transaction responsibility
You must independently verify addresses, account details, counterparties, rates, fees, instructions and settlement status. An interface status is operational information and is not by itself proof that funds are final, irreversible or available.
Availability and changes
Features, routes and participating providers may change, pause or become unavailable. Maintenance, security events, network congestion, third-party outages or local restrictions can affect service. We may limit access to protect users or systems.
No warranty
The interface is provided on an available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, liquidity, execution, pricing, settlement time, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation and allocation of risk
To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, users bear the risks of digital assets, counterparties, incorrect instructions, third-party rails and market movement. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
